Hajiya Zulaihat Suleiman Majia, mother of Mopol Commander, SP Dahiru Majia killed by insurgents in Kano in 2013 has been reported dead by the family at 104.
Kano was thrown into shock on February 26th 2013 when a yet to be identified gunmen trailed and killed SP Dahiru Majia, Commander, Mopol 9 in Kano metropolis.
A statement by the former Officer in Charge of Motor Traffick Division, (MTD) Kano Command, CSP Magaji Musa Majiya that was made available to newsmen in Kano explained that the matriarch of Majia family died Sunday by 0400hrs.
CSP Majiya disclosed that “My aunt, Hajiya Zulaihat Suleiman Majia died today, Sunday by 0400hrs at late Musa Magaji Majiya’s residence, Tudun Maliki, Zoo Road, in Kano Metropolis.”
CSP Majiya added that the deceased who was survived by her brothers and grand children had since been laid to rest at Farm Centre Cemetery around 05:30 PM.
