Rivers APC: Dissolving State Exco, Recruiting Hawks To Take Over Party ls Unprogressive–Eze

*Counsels Party Chairman On Stoking Controversy Capable Of Destroying His Democratic Credentials*

Erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP) and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze says the dissolution of the ward, local government and state executive committees of the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress and the inauguration of a band of serial sinners and obdurate saboteurs to lead the party in a care-taker capacity, by the national leadership of the party is a step most unprogressive.

In a statement made available to media houses, the party Chief said it is regrettable to note that the latest development is part of some underhand schemes in a series, outlined to embarrass former Rivers Governor, Chibuike Amaechi and to laugh at all those killed in keeping APC intact in Rivers State.

Eze noted that President Tinubu, APC National Chairman, Umar Ganduje and the cabal carefully plotted the scheme to hand over the state chapter of the party to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and write off Amaechi and his team notwithstanding the very many wars the latter fought to prune and nurture the party to its sustainable status.

He reminded the cabal to be wary of the political chameleon called Wike; an unstable, unprincipled character who can assume virtually any color to remain relevant in the polity even when his relevance serves no purposeful use to society.

“I am happy to note that both Tinubu and Ganduje have suffered and tested the bitter pills of Wike in most of his attempts to decimate the party and to handover the party structure to him and his agents is nothing but sheer wickedness and unreasonableness, because it will definitely backfire”.

According to the APC Chief, Wike’s appointment as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the detriment of faithful APC leaders in Rivers State is enough compensation for the illegality and shame he brought to electoral process and democracy during the last election, in a false bid to claim victory for Tinubu.

It is however unfortunate that all the appointments so far made by Tinubu and his government have only favored wike and his parasitic circle of chameleonic ingrates, who fought Rivers APC to a standstill with the resource of the state at their peck and call.

Eze Called on Ganduje and the National leadership of the party to note that their action could be prejudicial as the dissolution of the state exco is pending before a court of competent jurisdiction, before which an ex parte motion was also filed praying that parties maintain status quo – which means shelving the inauguration of the interim committee.

Eze reiterated that if all these plots is to decimate the political structure of Amaechi that will surely amount to excerise in futility as we remain resolute and unshakable and will resist this evil plot no matter the odds.

The party stalwart urged party faithful across the state and people of goodwill to be unwavering in their support for Amaechi pending the birth of a new phase.

Ignore The Rumour, Obi Not Quitting Labour Party, Berates Mischief Makers

Published

on

The Peter Obi Media Reach, POMR wishes to outrightly dismiss trending fake and fallacious news story suggesting that he was parting ways with the Labour Party.

This is not true and it did not originate from Obi or the Obedient Movement but from mischief makers bent on sowing the seed of discord in the party.

In a statement from his Media Aide, Michael Jude Nwolisa, these rising misdemeanours on the party did not start today as they set out to destroy and disorganize the party all to get at Obi and derail the inevitable journey of rescuing Nigeria.

Presently our principal is preoccupied with making Nigeria work not on partisan politics which ended on October 26, 2023, when the Supreme Court of the land took their final decision on the general elections.

Those bent on creating a crisis in the Labour Party are enemies of democracy wishing for the failed status quo to remain.

OBI’s focus at the moment is on creating an environment where democracy is to be practised according to the defined tenets not the rascality  and all forms of impunity prevalent in the country today

Peter Obi therefore would like to assure Nigerians, particularly the Obidient family that his way with Labour is unshaken and intact and that the struggle to rescue Nigeria from the criminal gangs holding it down will not stop until it’s achieved through the will of the Nigerian people.
